Nex Flow™ Standard AM Series Air Amplifier takes energy from a small volume of compressed air to produce a high velocity, high volume, low pressure output air flow. Manufactured and precision Die Cast from a tough Zinc/Aluminum alloy.  Air amplifiers come standard with a .002" (.05mm) shim to control the compressed air exit gap which will work for 90% of all applications encountered. If greater force is required, more .002" (.05mm) shims or a .003" (.07mm) shim may be installed to open the gap for greater flow.

Air Amplifier Features: No moving parts. Compact design, simple, lightweight and portable. Driven by air not electricity. Replaces fans used for blow-off, cleaning, drying, cooling and conveying. Air amplifiers come in five standard outlet (outside) diameters: AM10 is 3/4" (19mm), AM20 is  1-1/4" (31mm), AM40 is  2" (51mm), AM75 is  4" (101mm) and the AM125 is 8" (200mm).

The Adjustable Flow Air Amplifier is quiet, efficient and can amplify flows up to 20 times their input air consumption rate.Especially suited for cooling hot products. The higher velocity air flow and better directed air stream provide cooling of up to 30 % faster versus fans.
