Static Eliminating Air Knives
Ion Air Knife technology uses a small amount of Compressed Air for a powerful and adjustable force with "laminar" flow to eliminate charges in applications where static bars cannot reach or where high speeds are a factor. The Standard Air Blade / Air Knife is an efficient and sturdy unit for many blow-off applications. For even greater efficiency and reduced noise levels you can utilize the Silent X-stream Air Blade/Air Knife. Both units utilize the quality Haug static bars: the RN bar for most applications or the extra strong VS bars for very high static charges and extremely high speeds.

Production interfering surface charges can be removed reliably and effectively - even at high operating speeds. The connector is straight forward and does not require any tools. Static bars all come with a patented connector to assure safety in operation and maintenance. RN Series: a general industrial, highly effective in controlling static in operations that demand excellent static control and robust, reliable performance. The RN ionizing bars is suitable for feed speeds up to 100 m/min. VS Series: reliably removes electrostatic charges and its performance, when compared to the standard version, is three times the power. This tremendously improves the static removal and designed to address extremely high charges, faster speeds and greater distances. EI HRN High Temperature Static Elimination Bar is a special unit intended for applications up to 130ºC. It fulfills any conceivable technical requirements. It is a powerful ionizer which symmetrically produces positive and negative ions by means of high alternating current. EI VC reliably eliminates electrostatic charges in Clean Rooms. It can be used in both directly for the discharge of objects or for enriching laminar air flows with positive and negative ions. As a result of the minimum particle emission values, the EI VC is suitable for use in rooms with “ISO Class 4” in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14 644-1. This corresponds to the withdrawn US Federal Standard 209E “Class 10”.

Static Power Supplies are available in 110 or 220 Volt input 50/60 Hz and have standard 2 outlet and 4-outlet systems. Power Supplies are fully shielded unlike most competitive products. The high-voltage plug-and-socket connector system X-2000 ensures a secure connection. Haug power supplies are repairable and come with a 2 year warranty.EN-C: High Voltage Power Pack. An economical choice for your basic Static Elimination needs. The integrated high voltage converts applied main voltage to approx. 7000 to 8000 volts. The unit is equipped with two or four high voltage terminals and integration On/Off pilot lamp. EN SL: power supply comes with two high voltage connections and meets both North American and European standards. EN SL LC: is the same as the EN SL but with integrated full electronic function monitoring to constantly monitor all functions of the ionizing system. When you have to know, at a glance, if your Static Eliminator system is working properly ! EN RLC: identical in all aspects to the EN SL LC plus a signal socket above the earthing sleeve.
